The 2020 IWT Club La Santa Open has been cancelled.
The tournament was due to take place from the 12th to 14th December, 2020. Unfortunately, due to various COVID-related issues, Club La Santa will not be opening on the 1st December as planned. This means the tournament cannot go ahead.
Club La Santa will instead open in January 2021 and we look forward to returning to the venue as a racketlon community in the future.

Tournament Director Kresten Hougaard has issued the below statement following the news of the tournament’s cancellation.
“It’s unfortunate that we now have to cancel the tournament. The situation in Denmark with the mutated COVID-19 virus in mink and the increasing numbers of cases in Spain made Club La Santa decide to not open on the 1st December as planned.
“All players will, of course, get a full refund on the apartments and I hope everyone was smart when booking their flights.”
That means that the only FIR World Tour event remaining in 2020 is the GRAWE sidebyside 14. Austrian Open. The tournament, taking place from the 20th to 22nd November, will be fully live-streamed.
