Spectator Viewing & Live Stream
As with last year, we will have fantastic, spectator friendly arenas for our centre court set-ups, with live scoring screen and seating for other 1000 people across the 4 sports. All other courts will also have great viewing, with balconies, walk-ways and seating across all courts and all sports.
We will once again provide a full live stream of all centre-court matches, with a commentary team for all the big matches.
Courts & Balls
We are happy to announce that Butterfly will provide brand-new TT tables, nets, balls (R40+) and barriers across all 7 world championship courts meaning all players from all categories will get to play in fantastic conditions. This year, we will have 3x badminton mats and 3x TT tables in the main indoor arena, with another 4x badminton courts and TT tables in the sports hall.
Two squash, glass show-courts and fantastic squash conditions across all courts in a famous squash centre which hosts several international squash tournaments. 7 outdoor clay courts (as used on the ATP Challenger Tour) and 8 indoor Rebound Ace indoor courts (as bad weather back-up).
Nowhere else can provide such good playing conditions on such a big scale. Dunlop will provide their top grade, championship badminton shuttles (Aeroflite no.1), their official WSF squash ball and the Dunlop Fort All-Court tournament tennis ball.
Food & Drink
Victoria has a completely new catering company and kitchen management team and we have agreed several improvements from last year:
- Choice of pasta options will be available and served all day and evening from 11am until late. (EUR7 for small and EUR10 for large)
- Fries and paninis will also be served all day from 11am – late.
- Freshly made sandwiches will be available and served every day from 11AM – 6PM
- A different, daily special will be offered every evening from 6PM til late (details to come ASAP. Food will need to be ordered in advance).
