The FIR is excited to announce the return of the Romanian Open Challenger. The tournament made its debut last year in Bucharest. Now it is back, this time taking place on October 15-16.
Organised once again by Radu Ionescu and the Asociatia Club Sportiv Racketlon, the main venue is the impressive AeroSquash complex which includes an all-glass squash centre court, 3x badminton courts and Table Tennis, with the Tennis played at a nearby local club. Shuttles from the airport will be provided for all players and there are several good hotels all within walking distance of the venue.
At walking distance from the venue and recommended hotels, there is the bus station which holds a hop-on-hof-off Bucharest official guided bus tour. For one and a half hours, you can visit the city while you have a break from the tournament.
In the evening, the old city will wait for you with a huge variety of pubs and restaurants. There you can enjoy the evening city life.
