IWT London Open Returns to the Roehampton Club
The London Open welcomes the worldwide Racketlon community back to one of the most famous and exclusive sports clubs in the UK, the Roehampton Club in south London.
After the huge success of the 2019 Challenger tournament, this year’s tournament has now been upgraded to an International World Tour event. The tournament is expected to be very popular. Last year it was voted International Tournament of the Year 2019 at the UK Racketlon Awards and voted by international players as having the best “Off-Court Venue Facilities” and the second-best “Playing Facilities” on the whole of the 2019 World Tour.
Boris Becker, Goran Ivanisevic, Michael Chang, Lleyton Hewitt, Pat Cash and Andy Murray are just some of the iconic names that have regularly used the Roehampton Club’s immaculate grass tennis courts to fine-tune their games immediately before Wimbledon.
This is once again a very special opportunity to play on some of the most famous grass tennis courts in the UK as well as on perfect squash courts (used in many national competitions. There is also a brand new building holding the badminton (on tournament mats) and table tennis.
More information about the Roehampton Club is available here.
