On Friday, the 26th edition of the King Of Rackets starts with 173 players from 20 different nations, 280 entries and 475 matches, it promises to be yet again a great edition.
Sports wise, it will be an open battle. In the absence of Jesper Ratzer and Kasper Jonsson, we will have a new King crowned on Sunday. Who of the 10 top 20 players present will take away the title? In the Women’s event, Christine Seehofer is the defending Queen. Will she take her second ‘Queen’ title or can second seeded Lieselot De Bleeckere challenge her?
The preparations are going well. Tents are in place, beer is cold, volunteers are almost gathered, live streaming of 4 centre courts through our King Of Rackets Channel with scoring for the main draw in Men Elite and Women Elite will be broadcasted, shuttle service is up and running, player’s party, BBQ, … The only little question mark is the weather but we’ll do our best to keep the rain as far away as possible!
