The international Racketlon year 2019 starts where it ended 2018: in Vienna. A little later than usual the 9thVienna Classics will be held in Tennispoint Vienna from the 1st to the 3rd of February in Tennis Point Vienna, the same venue as Austrian Open 2018. All double classes start on Friday at 11:00 a.m., while all players must be ready for singles first round matches at 5:00 p.m.
Rooms in the official tournament hotel next to the venue must be reserved by 8th January at the latest!
Defending champions are the Austrian local matadors Christine Seehofer and Lukas Windischberger. Entries are now possible with a 2019 FIR licence via fir.tournamentsoftware.com
Tournament Hotel and World Champs Party in Smokey`s
Although the event is only an International World Tour tournament, all standards of a Super World Tour event including a four-star tournament hotel next door, airport shuttle and referees for all centre court matches will be held upright. A special highlight will be the players burger dinner included in the entry fee which will take place in the burger restaurant Smokey`s nearby followed by the world championship party honouring all the Austrian world champions 2018 at the same location.
