Just two days until the start of the biggest Racketlon event of the year. With over 400 players this will be an epic event. To ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience for everyone, here is some essential player information to be mindful of.

The registration desk will be open between 17.30 and 9.30 on Tuesday 1st August as well as during tournament days on 2nd, 3rd and 4th August. The tournament and registration desk can be found towards the back of the main bar and restaurant area, near the hockey pitches. Please pay all entry fees before August 1st by bank transfer.
It’s also possible for all players to practice at the venue between 18:00 and 21:30. The Racketlon menu will be available from Tuesday evening.
Card-only payments at the bar & restaurant
Victoria is a cashless venue and doesn’t accept cash payments. Only card payments will be accepted.
Food
A special Racketlon Menu has been designed for the tournament with Pasta and Salads (with different portion sizes) as well as a selection of other snacks available throughout the day. Saturday night will be the player’s dinner (included with entry fees and EUR15 for
guests). Friday night is the BBQ (pre-orders already taken, but tickets can still be bought at registration) On Wed & Thurs evenings there will be two different themed buffets served – to help the restaurant approximate numbers, please fill out the below form and send it to bar@svvictoria.nl
Match check-in
It is essential that all players check in at the tournament desk 10 minutes before the scheduled start time of their matches. Players who arrive late for their matches have a huge negative impact on the organisation of the tournament and could result in players being defaulted.
Tennis
Tennis will be played on outdoor clay courts. We are expecting rain during the tournament – play can continue in rain on the clay courts and it will be the sole decision of the FIR Delegate to decide when the clay courts are unplayable and that play should take place on the back-up indoor hard courts.
