This is it. Nine days after the 2022 Racketlon World Championships began at RacketWorld in Vienna, we’ve reached the final day. And what a treat we have in store.
We have seven finals for you from Racket Sport Centre Graz, including the conclusion of both the Holding Graz Women’s Elite Singles and OVB Team Thausing Men’s Elite Doubles.
What to Watch on Day Nine?
The action kicks off early with the Holding Graz Women’s Elite Singles final. First-time finalist Myriam Enmer will take on two-time runner-up Astrid Reimer-Kern at 08:00CET.
After the Women’s Singles final, the rest of the morning involves a lot of other categories playing their semi-finals. This includes the OVB Team Thausing Men’s Elite semi-finals. First-time semi-finalists René Lindberg and Koen Hageraats will collide at 10:00CET before Leon Griffiths and Luke Griffiths meet in the second semi-final at 10:45.
UPDATE: The Men’s Singles Final will be held at 18:00 between Koen Hageraats and Luke Griffiths.
Not only will these three matches all be available to watch on streamster.tv around the world, but they will also be being shown on national television in Austria, as well as the Men’s Singles final later in the day.
From 14:00CET, we begin the remainder of the amateurs finals, starting with the Holding Graz Women’s B Singles. We’re delighted that both the bronze medal matches and finals of all categories will be on center court, continuing the trend that began last week in Vienna.
The day, and the Championships, will then conclude at 18:00CET with the final of the OVB Team Thausing Men’s Elite Singles final.
