We have some positive news about the GRAWE sidebyside 14. Austrian Open for those elite players interested in entering.
New government conditions on the morning of October 19 mean that the number of maximum entries has increased and players can now enter two draws.
This means that players can now enter a singles and a doubles category, rather than just one category which was the previous rule. This comes with daily COVID testing.
More Players are Allowed at the GRAWE sidebyside 14. Austrian Open
The capacity of the Men’s singles has also been increased from 8 players to 16 players which means that more players are able to ask about entering the tournament.
If you cannot find a men’s doubles partner then contact the GRAWE sidebyside 14. Austrian Open team and they can find you a partner. However, for the Mixed Doubles you can only enter with a partner.
The tournament is scheduled to take place from November 20 to November 22. All information has been updated on the tournament’s webpage which can be viewed here.
There is further positive news for players looking to travel from Hong Kong or Dubai. Players will be allowed to enter Austria for business, which is an exemption. You will get a confirmation from the tournament but might have to show a COVID test or do a COVID test at the airport.
